ROME, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- AC Milan saw its Serie A unbeaten run ended on Saturday, when it suffered a 4-3 setback away to Fiorentina, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic's double was not enough.

Milan had never tasted a defeat in the domestic league since April, recording 10 victories and two draws in the current season.

However, the Rossoneri came back down to earth at Artemio Franchi stadium as it was down to 3-0 after 60 minutes.

Ciprian Tatarusanu's howler allowed Fiorentina to break the deadlock in the 15th minute as the Milan's goalkeeper surprisingly let a ball slip out of his hands and Alfred Duncan was alert to find the net.

The Viola made it 2-0 before the break, when former Milan player Riccardo Saponara finished with a spectacular curler on the edge of the box.

The home side extended the lead on the hour mark as Dusan Vlahovic charged forward and rounded an on-rushing Tatarusanu to deposit into the net.

Despite Ibrahimovic scoring twice in a matter of five minutes, Vlahovic shattered the Swedish efforts with a low strike.

Milan reduced the arrears again in the dying minutes thanks to an own goal from Lorenzo Venuti, but it was too late.

Milan is still level with Napoli on first with 32 points, while the Partenopei will visit Inter Milan on Sunday.

In another highly-anticipated fixture, Juventus won Lazio 2-0 away, as Leonardo Bonucci converted two penalties in both half respectively.

Also on Saturday, Atalanta thrashed Spezia 5-2.
